3Pax met for a mid-week 44degree cool beat down, starting with a warm a Rama consisting of: Casey casums, arm circles, grass pickers, Merkins, empirial walkers and toy soldiers and side straddle hops. Most warm up exercises were a series of 10 except for merkins which was 20 and side straddle hops which was 20. A 3.55 mile run then commenced with deuce and monopoly en route around Weis market while hot shot solo rucked. The thang was followed up with countarama, name a Rama and announcements and prayer requests with prayer.
