Mosey to the bottom of Franklin Street

The Thang — Hill Sprints

We sprinted up Franklin Street to the pool handicap parking area; did an exercise, moseyed back to the start, did an exercise and repeat:

  • 15 Merkins (IC)
  • 15 Lunges (IC)
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Squats (IC)
  • Plank for 15 count each
  • 15 Bobby Hurleys
  • 15 Rocky Baloas (IC)
  • 15 SSH (IC)
  • 15 Diamond Merkins (IC)
  • 15 Werkins (IC)
  • 15 Side Lunges (IC)

Mosey to the play ground and sprint back to the parking lot:

  • 10 Tucks
  • Pull ups (AMRAP)
  • 15 Step ups each leg (IC)
