Warm-a-rama: mosey up the street for Arm Circles, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Calf Stretch, BSE, Plank Jacks

The Thang — EMOM: Every Minute on the Minute

5 Sets of 5 minutes each — complete 10 reps of both exercises starting at the top of each minute; after completion, rest until start of the next minute:

  • Merkins and Jump Squats
  • Dips and Bonnie Blairs
  • Carolina Dry Docks and Lunges
  • Big Boy Sit ups and High Knees
  • Plank Rotations and Flutter Kicks

We did a short recovery lap up the street and back after the 3rd set
