The Thang — EMOM: Every Minute on the Minute
5 Sets of 5 minutes each — complete 10 reps of both exercises starting at the top of each minute; after completion, rest until start of the next minute:
- Merkins and Jump Squats
- Dips and Bonnie Blairs
- Carolina Dry Docks and Lunges
- Big Boy Sit ups and High Knees
- Plank Rotations and Flutter Kicks
We did a short recovery lap up the street and back after the 3rd set
