Warm-a-rama: mosey to Death Valley for Arm Circles, Abe Vigoda, Imperial Walkers, Side Lunges, Cobra, BSE, Calf Stretch

The Thang

A Circuit of six stations was set up.  45 seconds at each station with 15 seconds to transition to next station.

Circuit 1

  • Flys with dumbbells
  • Bent over Row with kettlebell
  • 4-Direction Squat Jumps
  • Lunge with kettlebell
  • Assisted 1-Arm Merkins
  • Squat to Overhead Press with 25-pound weight

Recovery lap along river trail and around the tennis courts

Circuit 2

  • Skull Crusher with dumbbells
  • Arm Curls with kettlebell
  • Bulgarian Ball Busters
  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Alternating Side Plank with Hip Drop
  • Standing Press with 25-pound weight

Recovery lap to the playground

  • Pullups
  • Underdogs
  • Step ups

Mosey back to the bandstand

Circuit 3

  • Choice of either of the exercises from Circuits 1 or 2 at each of the six stations

COT: Prayers for Ditto’s granddaughter recovering from surgery and Potsie’s business as it moves location

Announcements: F3 Fire Monday evening March 5th; Grill 6-Year Manniversary on Saturday, March 30th followed by breakfast in the park
