Practically a rolling start to this workout. YHC jogged up to find he was elected Q this morning. Not a lot of planning needs to go into a Ruck / Run option workout. 3 opted for Ruck and 4 opted for Run. Disclaimer given and accepted.
Rucks – loaded up and hit the path walking for 40+ minutes.
Runners – no delay just started out with a slow mosey out to route 100 and back for 3+ miles or more.
