Marriage burpees

This weeks theme was celebrating marriage., So as the Q was celebrating his 14th wedding anniversary each member of the pax had 14 Burpee‘s to give away to everyone. In between Burpee‘s were flutter kicks, heel taps, and LBCs.

Summer games are back. Ultimate frisbee, hot box style. Whoever scores gets to select the exercise for both teams to do. Exercise reps go 20, 40, 60, 80, 100. Then descending by 20s.
