Thang 1: the Burpee Mile

12 Burpees, followed by a 1/4 mile mosey x4

2 final burpees to bring the total done to 50

Thang 2: Dips and Hammers

Mosey over to the pavilion with picnic tables

5 Dips IC, 5 American Hammers IC, 10 Dips, 10 Hammers, 15 Dips, 15 Hammers, 20 Dips, 20 Hammers.

Thang 3: Ascending Testicles

Mosey over to the bathrooms to use the wall

Feet on the ground, 10 Merkins

10 degree angle from feet to hands, 10 Merkins

45 degree angle, 10 merkins

Balls to the wall position, AMRAP merkins

Mosey back to the pavilion for 6MOM consisting of flutter kicks, butterfly big boi sit-ups, dying cockroaches, and a whole lot of planks.
