Warm-a-rama: Arm Circles, Trunk Rolls, SSH, Abe Vigoda, Side Lunges, Zig-Zag Hops, Monkey Humper, Bulgarian Ball Buster

Absolution – 8 count: start in Plank, single Groiner (1 jump forward; 2 back), Dancing Chillcut (3 &4 drop to elbow), Chilly Jack (5 feet out; 6 back), back to plank (7 & 8); 10 reps.  YHC decided the PAX needed to do this since they failed to make the Zoom Bible study last evening.

The Thang:

    All About the Benjamins – 25 Curls, 25 Lunges, 25 Squats, 25 Lunges; 25 Overhead Press, 25 Lunges, 25 Mountain Climbers, 25 Lunges – 100 total Lunges and 100 total exercise reps
    Deconstructed Burpees – 10 Squats, 10 Leg Thrusts, 10 Merkins, 10 Leg Thrusts; Stand up; 10 reps to 1 rep
    Derkin N’Diayes – from Derkin position, put each foot to floor and back to Derkin position (10 reps each side)
    Elevens – 10 Crab Cakes:1 Dip; ladder to 1 Crab Cake: 10 Dips
