The four of us posted at 5:25am. A flexible crew as Mani opted to ruck, Dynamite grabbed his pack and went with. YHC and Uptown Girl moseyed out to Rt 100 and back. Though I was tired and barely awake, it was one of the easiest 3.6 miles I’ve run in a while, most certainly due to the uplifting mumble chatter along the way. COR, NOR, COT.
