Boyant led with a quick disclaimer, and then off to a quick 0.25 mile lap halfway around Reeves Park.

Warmup included :
– side straddle hops IC
– arm circles IC
– circle arms IC
– mountain climbers IC

Mid warm-up : 3 rounds of :
– balls to the wall x 30 seconds
– people’s chair x 30 seconds
– one round of “balls to the wall merkins” thrown in for good measure.

The Thang :
At each corner of the Park :
– 40 Merkins
– 40 Star Jumps
– 40 Flutter Kicks
– 40 Carolina Dry Docks

Sprint between corners on the long side.
Lunge-walk between corners on the short side.
