Warm-a-rama: Arm Circles, Sun Gods, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Peter Parkers, Plank Jacks, Calf Stretch, Toy Soldiers

The Thang:

Tabata: 4 minutes; 20 second exercise/10 second rest – Burpees

2020 workout:

Partner up; while one partner does 20 reps with coupon (20 lb kettle bell or dumb bell), other does 20 reps of body weight exercise (flapjack):

    Kettlebell Swings/ Merkins
    Arm Curls/ Dips
    Upright Rows/ Crab Cakes
    Goblet Squat/ Big Boy Sit ups
    Overhead Press/ Carolina Dry Docks

Tabata: Mountain Climbers

2020 workout:

    Walking Lunges/ Irkins
    American Hammer/ LBC
    Single-arm Row/ Step Ups
    Gun Slinger/ WWI Sit ups
    Single-arm Press/ Plank

Tabata: Flutter Kicks

10 Crab Cakes (IC) to close out the workout
