12 Exercises of Christmas

First day of Winter…and it felt like it!  A frosty, but clear, 20-ish degrees.

3 PAX posted to the last Christmas workout of the year which we celebrated with a 12 days of Christmas theme.

The Thang:

Toy Soldiers to bottom of Franklin Street

    Heartbreak 1,2,3: cumulative reps of 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, and 300 LBCs while Ditto and Pocahontas took turns running ~ 100 yards up the street and back.  YHC is still under doctor orders to not run or jump.

Make our way to playground for a round of the 12-Days of Christmas.

We ended right on time.
