We discussed the current situation and how we are each navigating the muddy waters. The key point I heard is to KEEP ACCELERATING. Life is definitely different but that is no excuse to just give up. There are many way to keep accelerating. The virtual workouts are helping to accelerate my King. The extra time I have now is being used in so many positive ways. For me personally my Queen is accelerating because I have the time and freedom to make healthy choices and stick to a plan. I am helping Uptown Girl and Mani on a project to send cards to Front Line Heroes (first responders, doctors, nurses, etc.). My relationships are growing stronger as I figure out ways to spend time with each of my family members.

Don’t let this situation get you isolated. If you are feeling alone reach out to one of the guys in F3. Reach out to the clergy, your family, anyone! As people we need connection and love. The only way to do that is to communicate and spend time, virtually or in person, whatever suits your fancy.
