Rinsed and Repeated 5 times and changed the 20 count exercise . Continued with the 10 burpees and running .
2) – dealers choice of exercises followed by the 100 yard run and return ( 3 pax chose)
3) – 25 yard bear crawl and crab walk back followed by the 100 yard run
Returned to the shovel flag for 6 minutes of Mary.
