round 2: 2 burpees, run, 4 merkins, run, 6 big boi sit-ups, run, 8 flutter kicks IC.

Continue climbing the ladder up to a set of 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 big boi sit-ups, and 40 flutter kicks IC.
