10 min mosey warm up shuffle to base of hill.

10 full stride repeats

20 second full stride up hill not full sprint.

45 second jog / walk down hill

Rinse and repeat × 10

Mosey around fire station.

Stop at playground for some grip work.

Straight arm hang

120 sec. hang 60 sec recovery

90 sec.  hang 60 sec recovery

60 sec. hang 60 sec recovery

30 sec. hang 60 sec recovery

Walk back to shovel flag prayers for families, especially children health and wisdom.
