The Thang:

Wind Sprints – jog/run/sprint up Franklin street ~ 50 yards each; mosey back to start (3 rounds)

Escalator

·        10 Burpees

·        20 Star Jacks

·        30 Merkins

·        40 Squats

·        50 Flutter Kicks (IC)

Run lap around field (~1/4 mile)

De-escalator:

·        50 American Hammers (IC)

·        40 Lunges (each leg) IC

·        30 Dips

·        20 Crab Cakes (IC)

·        10 Bonnie Blairs (IC)

 

Mosey to Playground

  • Pullups (AMRAP)
