Wheel of Misfortune – IPC Week 2

This weeks workout brought to you by  Iron Pax Challenge.  It was 70 degrees, little to no rain, but it was humid.  It’s a little involved to set-up but not too bad.

The Thang:

As many turns of the wheel as you can in 43 minutes or less. Every turn of the wheel starts with 400 meter run. There are 6 spokes on the wheel. 10 Thrusters with Coupon from center, Riffle Carry Block to end of each spoke cone for 25 rep count. Cone A – Decline Merkins, Cone B – Blockees, Cone C – Weighted Squat, Cone D – Kettle Bell Swing, Cone E – Vertical Block Press, Cone F – Alpos
