Merkin Mania — just how many styles of merkins are there? Well so far YHC had identified at least 18 but discovered there were even more!
The workout consisted of doing 15-20 reps of a non-Merkin exercise with a 10 reps of a different style Merkin between each exercise set.
Non-Merkin exercises: Squats, American Hammer, Dips, Box Jumps, Flutter Kicks, Air Press, Lunges, Freddie Mercury, Crab Cakes, Bobby Hurley, Imperial Walker, Donkey Kicks, Pistol Squat, LBC, SSH, Boat-Canoe, XO.
Each PAX in turn picked a Merkin set to do between the other exercises: Ranger, Werkin, Derkin, Irkin, Diamond, Hand-Release, Dive Bomber, Copperhead, Brazilian, Break-dance, Clock, Claperkin, Merkin (plain vanilla)
COT: prayers for students and 2.0s as they deal with staying at home. Prayers for people on the front line in the public. Prayers for job situations. Praises for technology that allows people to stay connected.
It was good to see some of my brothers and also get to meet a few I haven’t yet met in person. I am thankful for the technology to workout together but I am really looking forward to getting after it in person! Miss you all.
