Circuit training in 3 different stations in triangle formation. Jog 2 laps around perimeter of pavilion after each station
1st circuit- 20 reps
Station 1- Merkins
Station 2- Squats
Station 3- Pull ups
People’s Chair- 10 count each man.
2nd Circuit- 25 reps
Station 1- Lunges
Station 2- Dive Bombers
Station 3- Step ups
People’s Chair- 10 count each man.
3rd Circuit- 20 reps
Station 1- Plank jacks
Station 2- Burpees
Station 3- Tucks
People’s Chair- 10 count each man.
