5 #HIM met in the 18 degree Phoenixville gloom where it appeared the pilot light was out at the Blast Furnace!

No worries, as promised over the Twittersphere, if we brought our Imagination then we’d have Dragons to keep us warm!

1/2 Lap Mosey around the AO which led us to the Bandstand where the PAX found Lowes’ now infamous Step 2 Whiteboard of Pain (#S2WoP).

The Thang:

With a playlist of Imagine Dragons songs to motivate the PAX we partnered up and completed the following exercises (while one partner does the exercise the other partner moseys around Mr. Reeves statue and back):

V-Ups

Egg Beaters

Bonnie Blairs

Step ups

Box Jumps

Good mumble chatter and encouragement throughout.

Next, we completed the other half lap mosey around the AO, giving all we had up the hill by Starr St and then gathered by the flag for 6MOM.

COT:

Nothing easy about today’s workout. Challenged us all (YHC included) intentionally because we all can do so much more physically than we think we can. Most of the time, we mentally put a governor on our “engines” and limit ourselves from reaching our full potential (in many aspects of life). Continually challenging ourselves, we can only get better and stronger – together!
