A brick can be used to build something or destroy something. F3 challenges men to build with “bricks” we call Positive Habits. A Positive Habit (Brick) is something you do without thinking about it and it is good for you. It speeds up your decision making process and makes you stronger. We all have lots of positive habits like showering! Today Gunslinger and Trumpet picked ups some more bricks through a process we call Positive Habit Transfer. Planning, Being on Time, Leading your friends through things they know are good for them, but wouldn’t do on their own. These are all Positive Habits that take practice and conditioning. YHC was excited to co-lead with these young men to install more bricks in their life while installing one in my life. A high impact man is investing in the next generation of leaders.
