The Thang:Mosey around small loop, socially separate into 4 groups into the corners of the parking lot.We then did 3 rounds of Blimps.B for burpees,l for lunges,I for imperial walkers,m was merkins,p was plank jacks,s was squats.Between corners we bear crawled,crab walked, alligator walked,crawl bear,side shuffled, skipped, jogged,butt kickers,high knees and somewhere in there ran another lap.If that wasn’t enough we did 30 penalty circle burpees and then that was enough!
We then did namerama and numberama,10! We had the pleasure of welcoming two FNGs.XBOX,Humvees 2.0 and Abscess,BooBoo’s friend.We ended the beatdown with COT.We prayed for XBOX, everyone’s health,gave thanks for this special time with our families.Dynamite led us in a prayer of remembrance and thanksgiving for Holy Thursday and what Our Lord did for us.Then we enjoyed fellowship over coffee.It was a privilege to Q today, and I thank everyone for their support,YHC Long Haul
