Rampage – start at bottom of hill. 10 Carolina Dry Docks, bear crawl up hill, 10 Bobby Hurley, bear crawl downhill X2
Wilt Chamberlain – Mosey to basketball court. 100 LBC, run across court, 100 Squats, run back, 100 Flutter Kicks, run across court, 100 Imperial Walkers
Everest – mosey to bottom of Franklin Street. Lunge walk back to playground with a squat after each lunge step
Run a lap around the field and return to the playground to find a pull up bar substitute. We did under-dog-like pull ups from the playground equipment and had one spot for regular pull-ups on the slide pole.
Run another lap around the field to the pavilion by the parking lot
