Mosey to hill
Partner up
150 American hammer while partner bear crawls the hill
Mosey to pavilion
5 dips, 5 incline merkin, 5 decline merkin, then walk tables
Repeat adding 5 more of each till max out at 25 each
Wall sits with air presses and mid punches, 10 each
Balls to the wall (winner gets a prize)
Mosey lower loop, first to bottom calls (Treehugger) more ham string stretches
Finish with round of flutters, 6 inchers and scissors
