Explanation: Set a timer for 1 min. Start the timer and complete 1 pull-up & 1 burpee and rest the remainder of the minute. This is round 1. Then immediately set a timer for another 1 min. Start the timer and this time complete 2 pull-ups & 2 burpees and rest the remainder of the minute. This is round 2. Keep going until you can’t complete all the pull-ups and burpees in this round.
Scaling: To make it harder: go faster or get to max number of rounds, rest for 3 min. and then go back down from where you stopped at the highest number of rounds completed of pull-ups and burpees.
