The Thang
Everyone partners up
Plank position, head to head with your partner and tap their shoulder- 20 reps
While on your Six, facing your partner, interlock ankles and do sit ups- 30 reps
Mosey around ring back to pavilion
Get with your partner:
One man does a plank, partner grabs his ankles does squats while other man does push ups- 25 reps then alternate.
Side plank with rotating clap- Do a one armed plank back to back with your partner. With your free hand tap your partner’s hand under and then overhead. Each rep counts as one- 15 reps and then alternate arms.
Mosey around ring back to pavilion.
Squat with high knees- One partner squats with arms parallel to the ground, the other partner will touch his knees to his partner’s hands- 30 reps then alternate.
Jump with high five- Jump with your partner and do one armed high five- 25 reps then alternate sides.
Mosey around ring to parking lot for 6 Minutes of Mary.
