5 Men showed up at 530AM on a rainy morning. Why? To better themselves, to accelerate their fitness, for the fellowship and to strengthen their faith. Everyone has their own motivation as to why they post, but YHC was glad to do it this morning with 4 other High Impact Men. Nomad returned for his second post! (we didn’t scare him off last week!)

The Thang :
– Mosey 1/2 way around the park to the wall, with a break for 30 seconds of Al Gore.
– Wall sit for 1 minute
– Balls to the Wall : 10 second count per PAX
– Mosey back to the bandstand
YHC had originally intended this workout to be performed on the baseball diamond, with runs up the hill to the sidewalk, but a slight modification was made due to the slippery, muddy hill that would have awaited us.
ROUND 1:
25 punch-up merkins IC – then jog around statue
25 squats IC – then jog around statue
25 V-ups IC – then jog around statue
ROUND 2:
20 walk-out merkins IC – then jog around statue
25 low slow squats IC – then jog around statue
25 WWII sit-ups IC – then jog around statue
ROUND 3:
25 cherkins (cheesehead merkins, forehead to ground) IC – then jog around statue
25 Bobbie Hurleys IC – then jog around statue

ROUND 4: From the bandstand shelter :
– bear crawl to the end of the bandstand
– crawl bear back
– lunge walk to the end of the bandstand
