PRE-BLAST Example

BEST PRACTICE RECOMMENDATION:  If you are Qing a workout it would be great if you could share with the PAX a little advertisement about your workout to prepare guys.  Here is an example borrowed from our downrange PAX in Morehead City, NC.

WHY: Taking your Daily Red Pill doesn’t always require burpees. Also you may have a nagging injury you want to walk off.

WEATHER: 65 degrees clear 2% precip

PREVIEW: Ben Park’s perfect 4 min warmup, followed by Run or Ruck selection through the beautiful gravel trails of Lil Lehigh Parkway. End with 5 min Ben Park cool down stretch. Ben Park is a 2 hr 36 min marathoner and ultra runner.

GLOVES: Not needed
