Perseverance 2

Inspired by Neon’s workout Tuesday at the Swamp I ‘borrowed’ some of the key concepts for our crisp morning beatdown.

Romans 5:3-4 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance character; and character, hope.

Persevere thru hi-plank sequence:  plank-plank jacks-plank-side plank (& reverse), plank, seal waves, plank,shoulder taps, plank,merkins, plank.  All pax did great persevering screaming shoulder muscles!
