Ended up on the backside of the bandstand for warm-ups, which included :
– 20 arm circles IC
– 20 circle arms IC
– 20 Moroccan night clubs IC
– 20 SSH IC
– 20 seal claps IC
– 20 air presses IC
Over to the lovely new wall that the good people of Phoenixville Borough built just for us (last year).
– People’s Chair – counted 20 seconds each, but another minute or two just for good measure.
– Balls to the Wall with Plank Jacks! x 10 IC
The Thang :
Included 3 rounds of exercises in front of the bandstand and one mosey lap (about 0.25 miles) around part of Reeves Park
Round 1 : 50 merkins, 50 dips, 50 squats
Round 2 : 40 dips, 40 step-ups, 40 star jumps (yes, I’m a star!)
Round 3 : 10 burpees, 10 bobby hurleys, 10 something else I forget
Another 0.25 mile mosey around to the flag.
