Moonlit Merkins

With a full moon at near perigee, nine #HIM joined up in Reeves Park for a Trigger lead workout.

We started with a warm up lap and circled up for a few exercises. We moved on to a team dora where we burned through 50 pull ups, 50 burpees, 100 squats, 150 merkins and 200 lbcs.

We took another lap and met up by the theater to do Bulgarian split squats, flutter kicks, wall sits, more merkins, reverse lunges, mountain climbers, sumo squats and egg beaters. We took a few short runs in between sets to keep the heart rates and mumble chatter up.

The workout ended with a plank circle, supermen and Rosalitas.

Three stuck around for coffee.
