This morning was warm and steamy for a two man four corners workout via Zoom. I ventured down to the park and Beaker was working out from his farm home. We did a four corner workout. I have to say these Zoom work outs in different locations, while not the same it still feels like you are working out with someone. We still have mumble chatter. At one point we had to stop because I ran into a former students’ mother, so mumble chatter was extended to her for a bit. Beaker was a patient friend so we could finish out conversation. I still owe you ten burpees, Beak!
