SS hops, Abe Vagotas, Grass pickers, Plank Jacks, Imperial Walkers in Cadence,  Trunk Rolls , Arm Circles OYO

The Thang “

Walked to the basketball court on the other side of the pool for some 100 count 4 corner exercises.

Each corner of the basketball court was an exercise ( had to do 100 )

1st corner Murkins,  2nd) LBCS,  3rd) Carolina Dry docks, 4th) Crab Cakes . Once we finished we walked to the gazebo for a round of …

Dips, forward, sides, reversed Planks for a count of 15-20 each. Followed by some Calf Raises, Freddy Mercuries and Crunchy Frogs .

Walked back to the wall by the pavilion for 15 count each of Balls to the Wall, then moseyed to the stage for 3 sets of Decline Murkins and an Ab exercise.

Finished with Countarama, NameOrama and Circle of trust ( all practicing Social distancing)..

We then got a chance to chime in on the Q source via Zoom it was a great topic and good conversations.
