Kick Start at the Trojan

Warm up

Mosey to the top of the parking lot ss hops for the 6

Started with some SS hops,  Abe Vagotas,  grass pickers,  murkins, plank jacks,  mountain climbers  and finished with Motivators Starting with 10.

The Thang.

Lined up on the field and did a 100 yard sprint then sprinted back.

Lined up single file on the macadam path and did an Indian run back down to the basketball court .

Lined up on one side of the court and did descending Burpees with bear crawl in between each side of the court Starting with 7 down to 1

Moseyed to the parking lot, and partnered up . One pax did an exercise while the other sprinted to the end and back to switch until the numbered amount of the exercise was completed

Started with 300 monkey jumpers

Then switched to 200 air squats.

Finished with a few minutes of Mary

Countoramma,  Nameorama and COT.

Prayed for wisdom, our leaders and there decisions, Families and F3.

Great workout with a great bunch of men.
