Warm Up 

The Man Maker Mile (Inspired by the Mogadishu Mile)

All reps must be completed with your choice of walking or running your coupon in between.  By the end you must travel a distance of 1 mile. Break it up however you choose.

Scaling

Modify Up- Choose a heavier coupon or run faster

Modify Down- Choose a lighter coupon or run slower
