It was a cool, brisk morning for the 12 Pax to gather for a strength training Iron Pax Challenge.  We added a little sports flare because we’re all thankful that sports are back!

Each PAX had 43 minutes to get as many reps as possible.  The workout began with a 400 meter run. There were 6 spokes on the wheel. 10 Thrusters with Coupon from center, Riffle Carry Block to the end of each spoke cone for 25 rep count. Cone A (Tennis) – Decline Merkins, Cone B – (Basketball) – Blockees, Cone C – (Hockey) Weighted Squat, Cone D – (Baseball) Kettle Bell Swing, Cone E (Soccer) Vertical Block Press, Cone F – (Football) Alpos

Dynamite lead the PAX in some stretching after the beatdown.
