Indian Run

The calm after the storm!  A beautiful 55 degree Gloom, I was met by 6 Indians who came to run today.  YHC claimed this was the largest group of runners for this AO.

Warmarama  – a series of light stretches including arm circles, neck pulls, one leg quad stretch, lunge plunges, etc.

The Thang –  We set out on the 1.45 mile loop on the Willow Lane bike path, up the hill first.  At top of the hill, we planked or did push-ups for six.  Resume mosey until the cross walk; where we did squats for the six.  On the way to cross walk, we accelerated run to one light post, walk jog to next, and repeat.  After cross walk until next cross walk we did Indian Runs.  Cross street steady jog or run oyo to stop sign.  Cross Street for Snake Indian Run all the way to traffic light.  AYG sprint run back to shovel flag.  Slow mosey conversational pace another 1 mile around the lower loop of parking lot.

Mary – some cool down stretches including touch toes, cross legs, calf stretch.

Announcements-  YHC brought coffee for immediately after workout. Thursday lone lane workout.  Friday – Fleetwood Manniversary.

Prayers for Front Line Workers, Shirley’s friend 44 years old who passed away from COVID 19, and healing for local nursing home recently found to have 50 residents infected with COVID-19.  Praise for today and ability to accelerate.
