At band shell alternaring arm and leg exercises: step ups, merkins, leg lifts, derkins, calf raises, shoulder tap merkins. Wall work holding people’s chair; arm raises, shoulder press, leglifts and rinse. Back to wall forward raises, curls and leg kicks.
