Warm-o-Rama: Mosey around towards the main entrance of the park and circled up at the amphitheater.
13 SSH then 2 attempts at the silent 21 SSH. 1st attempt failed = 5 burpee penalty it was all YHC’s fault. Success on 2nd attempt!
The Thang: DayLight Savings Time (using the letters D L S and T).
Dips, LBC’s, Squats, T-Rex Merkins. Each round consists 5 Dips, 10 LBC’s, 15 Squats, and 20 T-Rex Merkins (short arm fast paced Merkins). Every other round we did 5 burpees in front of Reeves statue. We did a total of 20 rounds. No rest in between the rounds. After 20 rounds, the PAX would have done a total of 100 Dips, 200 LBC’s, 300 Squats, 400 T-Rex Merkins, 50 burpees, and ran 1.5miles.
COT: spoke about upcoming F3 events (second F this Friday, Princeton’s anniversary, and blast furnace anniversary).
Naked Man Moleskin: Since this was YHC’s VQ at the blast furnace the goal today was to give a decent workout but still allow for some good mumble chatter. Think Coronavirus was only mentioned a few times (wink wink). Spike said it best, be cautious but live your lives it’s all in HIS hands.
