6 #HIM gathered at #BlastFurnace on this the last day before the remaining counties of PA move into the “Green” phase of reopening from the COVID-19 shutdown!

Next the PAX followed YHC over to the base of Boyant Hill where the fun all were about to have was explained. 11’s with Monkey Humpers (starting with 1) at the bottom and Merkins (starting with 10) at the top.
In case you aren’t aware, Boyant hill is pretty dang long, so this took the majority of the beatdown to complete. Some did a couple extra rounds while Picking up the Six.
Quick Plank at the bottom then mosey back to Reeves with a stop for Al Gores along the way.
When we got back to the edge of Reeves park on the Starr St side of the sidewalk, we make our way back to the flag from there via Lt. Dan’s (1 lungwalk each leg and a squat, 2 lungewalks each leg and 2 squats, 3 lungewalks each leg and 3 squats etc.). Didn’t make it all the way to 10 but we did make it all the way back to the flag and that was enough of that!
Not much time for Mary other than 10 V-Ups OYO. When it was all said and done, the PAX had completed a 5K distance (most of which was going up and down Boyant Hill)! Great work men (especially you, Spike!)

Treat others how you want to be treated. But don’t just stop there. If you see or hear someone else being mistreated, don’t be silent and let it continue. Speak up and call the person out on how what they are doing or saying is wrong.
