The Thang: BLIMPS with a recovery lap. First round: Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Squats. Round 2: Bonnie Blairs, LBC’s, “I get to name it because I invented it,” mountain climbers, pull-ups, SSH. Round 3 w/blocks: Big boys, low plank, iron cross, monkey humpers and man makers, pickle pushers, superman.
Mary – dealer’s choice: crunchy frogs, flutter kicks, crab cakes, Peter Parkers, American hammers, and windshield wipers.
