I felt scattered this morning.  Very grateful to the PAX for playing along.

NYT is running a little series called “The Energy Challenge.”  As in “how you can feel more energetic,” rather than “get a car that smells like French Fries cooking.”  From today’s chunk: “spend time with energizing friends–the ones who make you feel good all the time, rather than some of the time.”  F3 Lehigh Valley fits the bill.
