Warmup- jog in place, high knees, buttkickers, boxing trot, side straddle hops, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigodas, Mountain climbers, Peter Parkers, Swan dives
Mosey to pavilion
The Thang:
I brought different workout equipment for different stations:
One man on sandbag and moseys around pavilion. The rest do:
1st station-
Concentration curls
2nd- body weight
Merkins
Plank jacks
3rd- Legs
Lunges w sandbag
squat w sandbag
4th- (Abs, Core)
Ab roller
5th- Pushup bars:
Pushups
6th-
Burpees
We did a mosey around the circle for one lap and came back for more circuit training.
