Best Way to Workout in Cold Weather

It was 9 degrees at the start of this workout. The men kept warm with the following workout.

Warmup: Jog in place, high knees, butt-kickers, Side straddle hops, Imperial walkers, Toy soldiers,

To get the blood flowing and keep the guys’ minds off the extreme cold: Mountain climbers, Peter Parkers, Parker Peters

Now that we’re all warmed up, we stretched a bit: Abe Vigodas, Monkey humpers

I brought some workout gear:
Each guy has his own station. One minute each station, Jump rope for two minutes, repeat station, mosey, then switch stations.
Push up bars
ab roller
10 pound plates in bucket for squats (each guy picks the amount of weight he’s comfortable with)
One minute at each station
jump rope for one minute
Mosey around parking lot.
Switch stations
We alternated until the 6:10

Long Haul had some car trouble at the start of the workout. Copay jumped his car and all was well. Way to step up and help a brother out!
