Nice 24F morning at the Hive, pulled together some Thang’s put out by the legendary Beaker from the Grill to test our will.
Started with some Warm up: Squats, Side lunge, Imperial Walkers, Toy Soldiers, Shoulder Taps, merkins, mt climbers, morrocan night clubs, and finally a worlds greatest stretch.
Thang:
Bataan Death March — Slow run to the next station; last man drops to do 3 Burpees, runs to front of line while the last man drops to do burpees.
Arrive at hill at end of football field
Hills to Seven — 1 Burpee and 1 Irkin at top of hill, run down the hill; 1 Squat at the bottom. Run back up. Repeat 7 times, increasing number of reps each time to 7 Burpees, 7 Irkins, and 7 Squats
Mosey to the road in front of Band Stand
Welsh Dragon — Bear Crawl 4 steps, 1 Merkin, 1 Plank Jack, 1 set of Shoulder Taps; Bear Crawl 4 steps and increase reps by 1. Continue until we do 10 Merkins, 10 Plank Jacks, and 10 sets of Shoulder Taps. Several 10 sec rest periods in the middle to get up through.
Mosey to the playground
Pull ups AMRAP & 10 Underdogs, 2 rounds
