We had a short warm-up with Casey Casums, neck rolls, trunk rolls, arm circles, and a few other stretches before two of us tucked and three ran. We ended with a oounterama, namearama, and a COT. Then most of us rendezvoused at Downsize’s place, where we feasted on eggs, home fries with chorizo and onions, sausage, fried cheese, grilled muffins, fruit salad and a variety of drinks- water, orange juice, coffee, and mimosas!
