12/23/2023 - Grill - Two mile run.

Today at the Grill we did a 2 mile run around the Hamburg park and on the river path way. Exercises we did today.  Monkey humpers, front lunges , Carlina dry docks, squats, merkins, side lunges, V ups, WW 1, hanging abb curls, incline merkins, calf raises and ended the workout with a round of Mary.
