Warm-o-rama.  Raise the Roof, Neck Rolls, Trunk Rolls, Ankle Rolls (experiment that ended badly), Michael Phelps, Abe Vigodas, Slow Lunges, Grass Pickers, Squats, Peter Parkers, Shoulder Taps, Merkins, SSH.  All done IC x 10.

Mosey to front of Community Center.

Round One: Merkins, IC x 10; Diamond Merkins, IC x 10; Decline Merkins, IC x 10; Shoulder Taps, IC x 10.  NB: Shoulda done Carolina Drydocks instead of the Shoulder Taps.

Round Two: LBCs, IC x 15; BBS, SC x 30; American Hammers, IC x 20; Box Cutters, IC x 20.  NB: Eager Beaver wants to rename Box Cutters as Big Screen TVs.

Round Three: Squats, SC x 40 (I think: stuff started to get a little blurry); Step-Ups, 40 each leg (see previous remark); Split Squats, 20 each leg; SSH, IC x 20.

Burpees to failure: 31.

Mosey to flag.  ‘Cause we had a couple of minutes left, Half-Supermans, IC x 10.
