BLIMPS MILE 2 laps around parking lot circle : 

5 burpees OYO

10 lunge each leg IC (front, back, side)

15 imperial walkers IC

20 merkins IC (Std, wide, ranger)

25 plank jacks IC (planks, mtn climbers, planks)

30 squats (squats, step ups, squat with ground tap)

x 4 laps

ended with 10 minutes of mary.
